5 Five Cup Salad or Pineapple Orange Salad

Recipe from: Mom, Erin Kay Smith Ferguson, who received from her sister, Ardy (1960's)

1-16 oz. sour cream
1-15 oz. can mandarin oranges
1-20 oz. can pineapple chunks or tidbits
1-10.5 oz. bag mini-marshmallows
1 cup or 1/2 bag (14 oz.) flaked coconut

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.  Best when made the day before serving so the marshmallows melt in.
