1 big bunch broccoli, cut into small florets
1/2-1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 medium red onion, chopped small
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup cashews
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
Mix together mayo, sugar, and lemon juice. Chill 2-3 hours. Mix together all ingredients just before serving.
EAT! YUM!
I'm trying this recipe out tonight and I'll let you know how it turns out. Seems pretty fool-proof, right? ;o)
