Melinda's Broccoli Salad

Recipe from: Melinda Ferguson McCarthy, originally received from Utah friend, Shelly Anderson

1 big bunch broccoli, cut into small florets
1/2-1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 medium red onion, chopped small
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup cashews
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix together mayo, sugar, and lemon juice.  Chill 2-3 hours.  Mix together all ingredients just before serving.

EAT! YUM!
